Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.
Eligibility and lawful use

Products and product information
Zigally sells original illustrated artwork and products featuring that artwork. Many of our products are made to order by third-party production partners.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, and other details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur during printing, production, or manufacturing.
Product availability, descriptions, prices, and designs may be changed or discontinued without notice. We may limit the sale or quantity of a product when necessary.
Orders and account information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, payment problems, or other improper activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.
You are responsible for reviewing your order information, including the product, size, color, quantity, and delivery address, before completing checkout.
Prices, payments, taxes, and customs
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Zigally does not directly store complete credit-card information.
Fulfillment and shipping
Products may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners from different facilities. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a requested reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, replacements, and refunds
Because many Zigally products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of preference.
Wrong, damaged, defective, or mislabeled products may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the period and according to the instructions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, illustrations, product designs, logos, branding, text, graphics, and other original material appearing on this website belong to Zigally or are used with permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, mint, upload, or commercially use any design.
You may not use Zigally artwork, product images, branding, or website content without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal and noncommercial sharing that clearly credits Zigally and does not imply endorsement.
Reviews, messages, and submitted content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, or other material for publication, you confirm that you have the right to share it.
You grant Zigally a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that material for purposes connected with operating and promoting the shop. You retain ownership of your original content.
We may decline or remove submissions that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the product or customer experience.
Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, social platforms, or other third parties.
